REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR LEASING APPLICATION

For Juridical person:

1. Application for financing
2. Copy of legal decision for the juridical person
3. Copy of actual legal status, issued by the court and not older then 1 month
4. Copy of registration BULSTAT number
5. Copy of Tax Registration
6. Copy of constitutive contract of the firm
7. Protocol of the general meeting, regarding the operative leasing of a car
8. Copy of the Tax Declaration, copy of the finance balance and OPR for the last 2 years and the present one.
9. Copy of the ID cards of the owners of the company.
10. Offer from a potential dealer of the vehicle (if it isn’t Car Rental Kosovo), which is the subject of a potential leasing deal.

For a Physical person:

1. Application for financing
2. Copy of Personal ID Card
3. Prove of  income
4. Declaration for the absence of dual citizenship
5. Legal note for income and copy of actual state of the employer
6. Copy of birth certificate
7. A certificate showing no previous conviction
8. Declaration for active debts to the Country or the municipality, debts regarding bank credits or leasing contracts
9. Tax declaration for the last 2 years
10. Offer from a potential dealer of the vehicle (if it isn’t Car Rental Kosovo), which is the subject of a potential leasing deal.
